Our Unique 3-Phase Approach
Susan Luger, founder and executive director of SLA, is (besides being a barracuda for her clients) a social worker by nature and by profession. Susan’s concept of assisting clients is based on helping them get through the process with the least amount of anxiety and the greatest feeling of control. The client is an active participant in the process, guided by Susan.
This is reflected in the unique 3-Phase Approach which Susan has developed, as well as in the regular communications of status, and the manner in which staff and affiliated attorneys conduct themselves, treat you and focus on your case.
