Level of Support
We pride ourselves on the depth of personal support we provide our
clients.
We are available to answer your questions and concerns whenever you
need us throughout the process.
We are accessible to our clients. You can contact us by phone, email, fax,
and postal mail. You can  schedule a face-to-face conference with our staff
when you feel its important.

        Each Child is an Individual
Your child is an individual to us. Our services are designed to meet his or
her particular needs.
We individualize our process and strategy to meet your needs and goals.
We strive to make the process of obtaining special education services as
painless and understandable as possible.
We have been through this process with our own families. We have lived
through what you are going through. We understand!

        The Advocacy Process
Our special education advocacy staff will attend meetings with you,
observe programs with you and  help you get through the daily anxiety-
provoking grind of obtaining the services your child needs.
We will help you obtain the necessary evaluations and reports from
experts who are knowledgeable in their fields and will testify on your
child's behalf if necessary.
We will help you to understand evaluations and test results, and formulate
an appropriate plan for your child's education.
We will help you identify appropriate programs, schools and services.
Our goal is to get the services your child requires while avoiding litigation
when possible.

        When Litigation Is Necessary
We do our utmost to settle your case with the best possible outcome for
you and your child. Historically, we settle approximately 85% of our clients'
cases to the clients' satisfaction.
When special education advocacy is not sufficient and an Impartial
Hearing or other litigation is the best option, we can provide you with a
member of our team of hand-picked affiliated special education attorneys
to present your case in the legal forum. These attorneys work closely with
the advocacy team to develop a strategy for presentation of your case. The
attorneys are practiced litigators who are able to combine their litigation
skills with an in-depth knowledge of special education law.
We are not afraid to litigate when necessary. We do not encourage our
clients to accept inappropriate settlement offers in order to avoid a hearing.

        The Collection Process
If your settlement or Impartial Hearing results in payments to you by the
local school district, we have dedicated staff who will organize and submit
your documentation to the appropriate party. (You didn't think they just
paid you, did you?)
This strategy is designed to get you payment as fast as possible.
We will assist in collection of monies from local school districts for parents
who have  utilized other parties to obtain their awards.
